- Add dry ingredients to mixing bowl and stir to mix well.
- Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
- Let batter sit for 5 minutes before using.

BASIC BATTER WAFFLES
This hearty waffle recipe comes from an issue of Parent's Magazine. Ive made it every week for years and it comes out great every time. I double it and freeze the leftover waffles and reheat in toaster oven.

BASIC WAFFLES
Very basic waffle recipe I got from a cookbook owned by a friend. I don't remember the name of the cookbook but these are the best crispest waffles I've made... so far. You might want to put sugar or splenda in the batter as well if you want to make it sweet.

TENDER AND EASY BUTTERMILK WAFFLES
An easy waffle recipe that results in a nice crisp outside, and tender middle waffle. I love the results this gives while not having to separate the eggs and take time to whip egg whites! These will also reheat in the toaster for a quick work day breakfast.

BEST BASIC WAFFLE
After making these waffles, my sister said I had to post this recipe. We have tried many waffle recipes and this is our favorite. These waffles are light and crispy. I obtained the original from the manual of my first waffle iron many years ago. When my kids were little, it wasn't unusual for me to make a batch a couple times a week.
