Beans And Hot Dogs Casserole Recipes

Steps:

• Set oven to 350 degrees F.
• Grease a 2-quart casserole dish.In a large bowl.
• In a skillet cook the bacon with onions until evenly browned.
• Add in garlic and cook stirring for 2 minutes; drain and place into a large bowl.
• Add in the 2 cans baked beans, molasses, prepared yellow mustard, dry mustard powder, seasoned salt, tomatoes and brown sugar (start with 1/2 cup and add in more to taste) mix well to combine.
• Mix in the hot dogs.
• Transfer to prepared casserole dish.
• Bake uncovered for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until thickened and bubbly.

Steps:

• Take package of hot dogs and cut in half and then split length wise. Meanwhile cook bacon on low medium flame and cook until half way cooked, do not cook to a crisp.
• When bacon is finished using same pan place hot dogs flat side down first and brown and then flip and brown on other side. Then open cans of baked beans and add one can and then layer hot dogs, then add the other can and layer bacon on top.
• Put into oven 350 degrees F for about 20 minutes or until bacon becomes crisp. Let sit for 5 minutes and then serve.

• Cook onion and green pepper in 1 tablespoons butter.
• Stir in hot dogs, beans, chili sauce and catsup.
• For a sweeter flavor, add brown sugar.
• Simmer 2 minutes.
• Spoon hot mixture into an ungreased 9 inch square pan or 12 X 8 pan.
• Separate biscuit dough into 10 biscuits;.
• Arrange 10 biscuits over hot meat mixture;.
• Sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
• Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until biscuits are golden.

• 1. Fill 5 qt pot with water and add hot dogs cut into 1/2 in. pieces and thawed green beans. Cook until done. While cooking start the roux.
• 2. To make roux: melt butter in sauce pan, whisk in flour until smooth Add seasonings and 1/2 of milk whisking until smooth, add onions and rest of milk mixing well. Bring to a boiling start and remove from heat.
• 3. Drain hot dogs and green beans and return to pot. Pour roux into hot dogs and mix thoroughly. Layer bottom of 9 x 13 in. pan with 1/3 of the croutons. Pour 1/3 of mixture over croutons. Alternate layers of croutons and mixture ending with croutons on top. Sprinkle cheese on the top layer of croutons.(If you choose add some cheese with each layer.) Bake in a 400 degree oven for 30 minutes.
