PIZZA BALLS
Sausage pizza balls make a great appetizer or snack. They're like whole pizzas that can be popped into your mouth in a single bite! Omit the green bell peppers and onions, if desired.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Lightly grease a large baking sheet.
- In a medium bowl, mix together Italian sausage, baking mix, green bell pepper, yellow onion, mozzarella cheese and pizza sauce. Gradually stir in water until the mixture is a workable consistency. Roll into 1 inch balls.
- Arrange pizza balls on the baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven 20 minutes, or until lightly browned. Serve hot.

- Place a piece of saran wrap on the counter and spoon the mixture into the center. Wrap the saran wrap around the cheese mixture shaping it into a ball.
- Place another piece of saran wrap on top and roll into a ball. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours or until completely chilled.

It will be a tight squeeze to get it bundled up and if pizza sauce leaks out, wipe it off with a paper towel and don't worry about it.
- Bake for about 8 to 9 minutes, or until very lightly golden browned; watch them closely in the last minutes of baking because they can go from un-done to over-done in less than a minute.
