BLACK FOREST DREAM DESSERT
This rich, chilled dessert seems to hit the spot on a hot summer's day. The recipe makes a large dessert, but my family never complains if there happen to be leftovers!

- In a large bowl, combine flour and sugar; cut in butter until crumbly. Stir in coconut and walnuts. Press into an ungreased 13-in. x 9-in. baking dish. Bake at 350° for 15-18 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool on a wire rack., In a small bowl, beat cream cheese and confectioners' sugar until smooth. Fold in 1 cup whipped topping. Spread over crust. Top with pie filling; cover and chill., In a microwave, melt chocolate chips; stir until smooth. In a large bowl, whisk milk and pudding mixes for 2 minutes. Let stand for 2 minutes or until soft-set. Whisk a small amount of pudding into melted chocolate. Return all to the pudding, whisking constantly. Pour over cherry filling. Chill for 2 hours or until set. , Just before serving, spread remaining whipped topping over dessert. Garnish with chocolate curls if desired.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Coat a 12-inch pizza pan with non-stick cooking spray.
- Prepare brownie mix according to package directions.
- Spread the prepared batter evenly over the bottom of the pan.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a wooden toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, let cool.
- In a 2-3 quart mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, confectioners sugar and whipped topping until smooth.
- Spread the mixture evenly over the brownie crust.
- Spoon on the cherry pie filling, spread to about 1 inch of the outer edge.
- Sprinkle chocolate candy sprinkles on the outer white rim.
- Chill and serve.
- Makes 12 slices.
SUNNY'S EASY BLACK AND WHITE DESSERT PIZZA

- Put a pizza stone in the oven and preheat the oven to 500 degrees F.
- For the crust: Using some flour, roll out the pizza dough to a large circle about 1/4 inch thick; dock with a fork all around. Transfer to the pizza stone and cook until the crust is light golden brown and slightly rigid, 10 to 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and turn the oven off.
- For the white side: While the crust is baking, fold together the cream cheese, granulated sugar, vanilla and lemon zest in a medium bowl until combined. Set aside.
- For the black side: In a medium bowl, toss together the milk chocolate chips, bittersweet chocolate chips and pecans.
- Leaving a rim around the crust, spread one half of the crust with the cream cheese mixture and top with the marshmallows. Sprinkle the other half with the chocolate mixture (again, leaving a rim of crust). Brush the melted butter on the rim and sprinkle just the rim with the cinnamon sugar.
- Put the pizza back in the warm oven. Cook until the marshmallows and chocolate are melted, about 10 minutes. Sprinkle a tiny pinch of sea salt over the entire pizza. Slice and serve warm.

- Heat oven to 350°F (325°F for dark or nonstick pans). Grease two 8- or 9-inch round cake pans, or spray with baking spray with flour.

- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Line two muffin tins with cupcake liners.
- Beat butter and sugar in a large bowl until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time. Mix in milk. Add flour, cocoa powder, and baking soda; beat until batter is smooth.
- Pour batter into prepared muffin tins, filling each liner about half-full.

- Heat oven to 350°F. Lightly spray bottom and sides of 13x9-inch pan with cooking spray. In large bowl, stir cookie mix, oil and egg until soft dough forms. - Make the rich simple syrup: Add the water and sugar to a small saucepan and bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce the heat to medium-low and simmer for 2 minutes, until the sugar is fully dissolved. Transfer to a glass jar and let cool. The syrup will keep in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
- Make the cocktail: Add the grenadine, blue curacao, rich simple syrup, gin, and lemon juice to a cocktail shaker and fill with ½ cup (70 G) ice. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds, until combined.
- Carefully light the bunch of thyme on fire with a kitchen torch. Blow out the flame and invert a highball glass over the thyme to capture the smoke. Let sit for 30 seconds.
- Fill the glass with the remaining ½ cup ice, strain the cocktail into the glass, and garnish with the remaining 2 sprigs of thyme and the pink peppercorns.

- Preheat oven to 350°F and spray a 9x13-inch pan lightly with Pam.
- Mix flour, 1/2 cup chopped pecans, and the margarine by hand until well blended.
- Press the dough into the pan, and bake for 20 mins., or until a light golden brown.
- Let cool before adding any other layers.
- Mix the cream cheese, confectionery sugar, and 1 cup of Cool Whip together, until well blended and smooth.
- Spread on top of the cooled crust.
- Spread the peanut butter on top of the first layer.
- Mix the puddings and milk (following directions on the box) until thick.
- Spread on top of the second layer.
- Spread the rest of what remains from the medium container of Cool Whip on top of the 3rd layer.
- Sprinkle more chopped nuts and cherries onto the top of the dessert. Chill.
- If you want you can eat it right away, but after you cut your slices, place the remaining dessert in the refrigerator, so that the Cool Whip doesn't melt.
