Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9x13-inch baking pan.
  • Combine sugar, flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
  • Mix buttermilk, oil, coffee, eggs, and vanilla extract together in a bowl. Pour over sugar mixture in the large bowl; beat with an electric mixer on medium speed until batter is smooth and thin, about 2 minutes. Pour batter into the prepared baking pan.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, about 35 minutes.

  • In large bowl combine flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Make a well in the center.

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  • Grease a 12 cup Bundt Pan.
  • In 4qt.
  • microwave safe bowl, combine butter, syrup and candy bars, heat 5 1/2 minutes on medium (50% power) whisking once.
  • Whisk until smooth.
  • Whisk in sugar, then buttermilk, vanilla and eggs.
  • Stir in flour, cocoa, salt and soda.
  • Pour batter into pan.
  • Bake 1 1/2 hours or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out almost clean.
  • Cool in pan on wire rack for 10 minutes.
  • Loosen cake from pan, invert onto rack to cool.
  • After cake has completely cooled sprinkle with powdered sugar.

  • In a large bowl combine the first 6 ingredients (flour - salt).

  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Cover bottoms of 2 (9-inch) round pans with parchment; spray with cooking spray.
  • Melt 4 oz. chocolate as directed on package. Combine flour, baking soda and baking powder. Beat granulated sugar and 1/2 cup butter in large bowl with mixer until blended. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing well after each addition. Blend in melted chocolate. Add flour mixture alternately with buttermilk, mixing well after each addition. Blend in 1/2 cup coffee concentrate.
