Steps:
- Whisk together preserves and hot water in a glass pitcher until preserves are dissolved. Whisk in bourbon, powdered sugar, and lemon juice.
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add 1/3 of bourbon mixture; cover with lid and shake until thoroughly chilled. Pour over ice into two 8-12 oz. glasses. Repeat with remaining bourbon mixture. Garnish with fresh blackberries and mint leaves.

- Combine the bourbon, lemon juice, lime juice, and syrup. Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice, and fill two-thirds full with the cocktail mixture. Shake for 30 seconds and pour into martini glasses. Add a maraschino cherry and serve ice cold.

- Add lemon juice, orange juice and all but 4 blackberries to cocktail shaker. Add in 4 leaves of rosemary. Muddle the fruit and juices and rosemary. Add simple syrup and bourbon. Set aside while you make the garnish.
- Remove most of the leaves from a rosemary sprig, leaving enough on the end as shown in photo. Use a metal cocktail pick to stab thru 4 blackberries. Remove the pick and poke the rosemary stem through the berries to create a garnish. Set aside.
- Place large ice cube into glass. Add smaller ice cubes into the cocktail shaker and shake vigorously. Strain over the ice cube in the glass. Drop in 3 drops of orange bitters over the ice cube. Add the blackberry garnish.
