BLUE CHEESE-STUFFED BACON BURGERS

- Heat grill to medium heat.
- Mix ground beef and bacon just until blended; shape into 8 (1/4-inch-thick) patties. Spoon 1 Tbsp. blue cheese onto center of each of 4 patties. Top with remaining patties; pinch edges together to seal.
- Grill burgers 5 to 7 min. on each side or until done (160°F). Place rolls, cut sides down, on grill grate; grill 1 min. or until rolls are lightly toasted.
- Mix mayonnaise and ketchup; spread onto cut sides of rolls. Fill rolls with burgers.

- Mix first 3 ingredients just until blended; shape into 8 (1/4-inch-thick) patties. Spoon 1 Tbsp. blue cheese onto center of each of 4 patties. Top with remaining patties; pinch edges together to seal.
- Brush onion slices with dressing. Grill patties and onions 5 to 6 min. on each side or until patties are done (160°F).
- Mix mayo and remaining blue cheese; spread onto cut surfaces of buns. Fill buns with burgers, onions, spinach and bacon.

- Shape beef into 8 thin patties. Combine the cream cheese, blue cheese and bacon bits; spoon onto the center of 4 patties. Top with remaining patties and press edges firmly to seal. Combine the salt, garlic powder and pepper; sprinkle over patties., Grill burgers, covered, over medium heat or broil 4 in. from the heat on each side until a thermometer reads 160° and juices run clear, 5-7 minutes. , Meanwhile, in a large skillet, saute mushrooms in oil until tender.
