Got this from the Weight Watchers message boards, thought I would put this in to check nutritional info. Although I've never made it the reviews by others have been positive.

- Brown ground beef and onion in non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Stir brown sugar and mustard into meat.
- Combine all ingredients in crockpot. Cover, cook on high for 2 hours. If convenient, stir several times during cooking.

- Brown ground beef, onion, and garlic in non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Stir brown sugar and mustard into meat.
- Combine all ingredients in crockpot. Cover. Cook on high 6-8 hours or on low 2-4 hours. Stir several times during cooking, if possible.

BROWN SUGAR SPICED SALMON
Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with foil.
- In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, chile powder, salt and pepper. Put the salmon on the baking sheet. Evenly distribute the sugar-spice mixture over the top of the fillets.
- Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, depending on thickness and desired doneness.
