BUSTER SUNDAE PIE
Starting with refrigerated pie crust, this no-fuss ice cream pie goes together easily, yet yields a first-class dessert that features peanuts as well as fudge and caramel toppings. From Pillsbury, in celebration of Pi Day. Cooking time is freezer time.

Steps:
- Heat oven to 450°F Bake pie crust as directed on box for One-Crust Baked Shell, using 9-inch glass pie plate. Cool on cooling rack 15 minutes.
- Layer 2 cups of the ice cream in crust. Drizzle with 1/4 cup of the caramel topping and 1/4 cup of the fudge topping. Sprinkle with peanuts. Layer remaining 2 cups ice cream over peanuts. Freeze 4 hours or overnight.
- Drizzle individual servings with remaining caramel topping and fudge topping. Sprinkle with additional peanuts. Cover and freeze any remaining pie.

GIRDLEBUSTER PIE

- In a food processor, process the biscuits with the 3 ounces of the soft butter and the chocolate pieces or chips until it forms a damp but still crumb-like clump. Press into a 9-inch (23cm) pie plate or flan dish. Form a lip of biscuit dough a little higher than the plate or dish if you can. This process takes patience as you need, ideally, to form a smooth even layer. Sorry. Freeze this biscuit-lined layer for about 1 hour so it gets really hard. In the meantime, let your ice cream soften, in the refrigerator, just until it can be scooped. Spread the ice cream into the hard biscuit-lined dish to form a layer. Then cover in cling film and return to the freezer.
- Put the syrup, sugar, remaining 3 ounces of butter and the salt, if using, into a saucepan and let it melt over low to medium heat, before turning it up and boiling for 5 minutes. Turn off the heat and add the bourbon, letting it hiss in the pan. Add the cream and stir to mix into a sauce, then remove from the heat and let cool. Once the sauce is cool, but not set cold, pour it over the pie to cover the ice cream layer and then put it back in the freezer. Once frozen, cover with cling film again.
- When ready to serve, remove the pie from the freezer, take the whole pie out of its dish and cut into slices. Should you have any pie leftover, slip it quickly back into the dish and return, covered with cling film, to the freezer.

Steps:
- Whip the cream cheese until softened.
- Blend in powdered sugar, cool-whip and vanilla extract.
- Put into crust and smooth out top.
- Make pudding as directed on box for a pie, using only 1 1/2 cups of milk.
- Top pie with pudding mixture and smooth out top.
- Finish with Cool Whip and chocolate curls.
- Refrigerate until set.
NO-MELT SUNDAE PIE
Pull this out of the freezer on a hot day for a super-cool, creamy treat with chocolate sandwich cookie crust and chocolate drizzles...minus the drip.

- Combine cookie crumbs and butter; press onto bottom and up side of 9-inch pie plate. Reserve 1/2 cup COOL WHIP; refrigerate until ready to use.
- Beat pudding mix and 2% milk in medium bowl with whisk 2 min. Stir in remaining COOL WHIP; spoon into crust. Mix melted chocolate and condensed milk; spoon over pie. Swirl gently with knife.
- Freeze 6 hours or until firm. Let pie stand at room temperature 15 min. before serving to soften slightly. Top with reserved COOL WHIP.

- Combine 4 cups blackberries, orange juice, sugar, orange peel, and cinnamon in medium saucepan. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer until berries are soft and begin to release juices, about 8 minutes. Transfer 2 cups berry mixture to processor; puree until almost smooth. Return mixture to same saucepan. Stir in remaining blackberries. (Can be made 2 hours ahead. Let stand at room temperature. Rewarm berry mixture over medium heat until just warm before continuing.)
- Divide cookie crumbs among 8 bowls or wineglasses. Add 1 scoop ice cream to each. Spoon warm blackberry sauce over each and serve.
