CAJUN SEAFOOD PASTA
This recipe is a hot one, but delicious! If you are weak of tongue, then divide the amounts of peppers in half. Better to add more than spoil your creation! Bay scallops are preferred, but the larger sea scallops can be used if they are cut in half. This dish can also be placed in a casserole dish and placed under the broiler until top turns golden brown!

CAJUN SHRIMP AND ANDOUILLE IN CREAM SAUCE
This is a wonderful recipe that I came across on another recipe site. I've modified it slightly to fit my tastes. This sauce is great served over pasta or dirty rice. This recipe is one I typically make for dinner parties or potlucks so it serves a crowd, but it can easily be cut down to a family appropriate amount.

CAJUN SHRIMP LINGUINE
From Cooking Light May 2016. Classic Cajun flavors-the smoky spicy seasoning, sweet shrimp; and onion, green bell pepper and celery trinity-give this pasta toss a New Orleans vibe. A jolt of ground red pepper spices things up nicely while creamy half and half smooths out the edges.

Our pasta began as a special, but due to its overwhelming popularity, we made it a permanent part of our menu. In the 9 years we've been open, we have become a favorite restaurant with locals and travelers alike because our food is not typical hotel fare.-Monroe Street Grille, Tallahassee, Florida
