- Preheat oven to 350°. Cut each biscuit into four pieces; arrange evenly in a 10-in. fluted tube pan coated with cooking spray. In a small bowl, mix remaining ingredients until blended; pour over biscuits., Bake 25-30 minutes or until golden brown. Cool in pan 5 minutes before inverting onto a serving plate.

- Preheat oven to 375°. Unroll crescent dough into long rectangle; place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Press perforations to seal. Spread cream cheese down center third of rectangle. Drizzle with ice cream topping; sprinkle with pecans. Combine brown sugar and flour; cut in butter until crumbly. Sprinkle half the mixture over pecans., On each long side of dough, cut 8 strips at an angle, about 2 in. into the center. Fold 1 strip from each side over filling and pinch ends together; repeat. Brush with beaten egg. Sprinkle with remaining brown sugar mixture., Bake until deep golden brown, 18-22 minutes. Cool 5 minutes before removing from pan to a wire rack to cool completely. Refrigerate until cold.

My Canadian grandma makes these every year for Christmas. She lives in the States now and has to have the Roger's syrup shipped to her, but plain white granulated sugar can be used instead.

Steps:
- Lightly spray a 9x13 inch baking dish with butter flavored cooking spray. Arrange chopped cashews in the bottom of dish.
- Combine brown sugar, golden syrup, sweetened condensed milk, and butter in a large, heavy bottomed saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Do not stir once the sugar syrup begins to boil. Heat to 250 degrees F (120 degrees C), or until a small amount of syrup dropped into cold water forms a rigid ball.
- Pour caramel over top of cashews. Stir well. Use a heatproof rubber spatula to spread the mixture evenly in the dish; allow to cool for 1 hour. Cut cooled caramel into squares or roll into balls as desired.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a fluted tube pan (such as Bundt®).
- Combine brown sugar, butter, milk, and cinnamon together in a saucepan over medium-low heat; cook and stir until caramel sauce is smooth, about 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle pecans in the bottom of the prepared pan; top with 1/2 of the caramel sauce. Layer biscuits over caramel sauce. Pour the remaining caramel sauce over biscuits.
- Bake in the preheated oven until cooked through, 20 to 30 minutes. Turn pan over onto a plate to serve.

- Preheat oven to 200 degrees F (95 degrees C).
- Mix popcorn and cashews together in a large roasting pan.
- Combine brown sugar, corn syrup, butter, salt, and cream of tartar in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, until a candy thermometer inserted into the middle of the syrup, not touching the bottom, reads 260 degrees F (127 degrees C), 6 to 8 minutes.
- Remove syrup from heat; stir in baking soda. Pour over popcorn and cashews; stir to coat.
- Bake in the preheated oven, stirring every 20 minutes, until sugar mixture has baked and caramelized onto popcorn and cashews, about 1 hour. Spread cashew caramel corn onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet to cool. If desired, form into balls while still warm.

- Coat a bundt pan with nonstick cooking spray. Sprinkle all of the nuts in the bottom of the pan. Place half of the roll pieces over the nuts. Sprinkle half of the pudding mix over the rolls. Stir together melted butter and brown sugar in a small bowl. Pour half over the pudding mix. Top with remaining rolls, pudding mix, and sugar-butter mixture.
- Cover with plastic wrap coated with nonstick cooking spray and let rise overnight, or at least 8 hours. (NOTE: I sped up the rising process by placing the pan on top of my stove. The oven was running baking other things, and the rolls rose in about 1 hour. I suggest making these the night before and refrigerating them until morning. Let them come to room temperature while the oven is preheating, then bake as directed.)
