CATHEDRAL WINDOW COOKIES
From her kitchen in Meriden, Connecticut, Diane Sequist shares this treat that's bound to become a family favorite. "These cookies are great for bake sales and holidays," she writes. "Kids of all ages love the colorful mini marshmallows, chocolate and chopped nuts."

- Place marshmallows and nuts if desired in a large bowl; set aside. In a heavy saucepan, melt chocolate chips and butter over medium-low heat. Pour over marshmallow mixture and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour, stirring occasionally., Shape marshmallow mixture into a 12-in. roll; wrap in waxed paper. Refrigerate for 4 hours or until firm. Unwrap and cut into 3/8-in. slices; cut slices in half.

CATHEDRAL WINDOW FUDGE

Steps:
- Melt chocolate chips in large saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth. Remove from heat.
- Stir in frosting. Fold in marshmallows. Let stand 15 minutes or until mixture is cool enough to handle.
- Divide mixture in half. Pour mixture onto sheet of plastic wrap, scraping mixture from saucepan. Shape each half into 9x2 inch log.
- Wrap tightly in waxed paper and refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm. With thin sharp knife, cut each log into 1/2 inch thick slices.

Steps:
- Melt together the butter and chocolate chips in the top of a double boiler or in the microwave. Stir to blend, then stir in the eggs, colored marshmallows and pecans.
- Pour the mixture into a 9x5 inch loaf pan, lined with foil. Dust with powdered sugar and refrigerate until firm.
- Remove chilled dough from loaf pan, remove the foil, and slice into 1/4 inch slices.

- In medium saucepan, melt butter over medium low heat. When almost melted, stir in chocolate chips and continue stirring until melted and combined with butter. Remove from heat and immediately add to marshmallow nut mixture. Stir to combine.
- Meanwhile, on a sheet of aluminum foil about a foot long, evenly sprinkle ¼ cup of powdered sugar down center of foil lengthwise. Drop half of chocolate marshmallow mixture along length of powdered sugar on foil Roll into a log (does not need to be perfectly round). Sprinkle ¼ cup of powdered sugar along chocolate marshmallow mixture. Seal up foil and roll into a more cylindrical log. I used a toilet paper tube to help me make it a bit more uniform.
