- In a large skillet, crumble sausage and cook over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Unroll crescent dough onto the bottom and 1/2 in. up the sides of a lightly greased 13x9-in. baking pan; seal seams. Sprinkle with sausage. , In a large bowl, beat the eggs, milk and pepper; pour over sausage. Sprinkle with cheese. , Bake, uncovered, at 400° until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean, about 15 minutes.

- In a large bowl, whisk flour, baking powder and salt. Stir in water and oil until combined. Turn onto a lightly floured surface. Gently form into a ball. Cover and let rest 10 minutes. Divide dough in half. On parchment, roll each half into a 10-in. circle. Transfer (leaving dough on parchment) to a 12-in. pizza pan. , Preheat oven to 425°. Combine sauce ingredients; spread over pizzas. Top with pepperoni, green pepper, onion and cheese. If desired, sprinkle with additional dried basil and oregano. Bake on a low oven rack, one at a time, until bottom of crust is golden and cheese is lightly browned, 15-20 minutes. Cut into squares.

- In a nonstick skillet, heat butter and oil; add onion. Cook and stir over low heat until onion is caramelized, 30-35 minutes. In another skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Sprinkle with salt and pepper; set aside., Sprinkle cornmeal into a greased 13x9-in. baking pan. Press pizza dough into pan; prick dough with a fork. Bake at 400° for 10 minutes. Top with the beef, caramelized onion, cheese, red peppers, tomato and olives. Steps:
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
- In a medium bowl combine graham cracker crumbs, 2 tablespoons sugar and butter. Press into the bottom of a 9 inch spring form pan.
- Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes. Place on a wire rack to cool.
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
- In a food processor combine cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, flour and eggnog; process until smooth. Blend in eggs, rum and nutmeg. Pour mixture into cooled crust.
- Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes.
- Reduce heat to 250 and bake for 45 minutes, or until center of cake is barely firm to the touch. Remove from the oven and immediately loosen cake from rim. Let cake cool completely before removing the rim.
