Steps:
- For the sauce: Heat the vegetable oil in a medium saucepot over medium heat. Add the garlic and onions and saute until soft, about 4 minutes. Add the ketchup, pineapple, molasses, vinegar, sugar, mustard, Worcestershire and chipotles. Simmer uncovered, stirring often, until thickened, 15 to 20 minutes. Remove from the heat and blend with an immersion blender until mostly smooth. Reserve.
- For the burgers: Preheat the grill top to medium-high to high heat.
- Form the ground pork into long and rectangular patties that fit the shape of the bread, keeping in mind that there will be 2 patties per half of bread. Sprinkle the exterior with salt and place on a hot grill top for 3 minutes. Flip and cook another 3 minutes. Turn off the heat and baste generously with the BBQ sauce. Flip and continue cooking for a couple more minutes, continuously flipping and basting the burgers.
- For the bread: Place the rack in the middle of the oven and set the oven to broil. Mix the melted butter with the garlic and brush on the cut sides of the bread. Top with the cheese and place under the broiler just until the edges are lightly crisped, about 2 minutes.
- For the sandwich build: After your beautiful garlic bread is done, place 2 burgers on each bottom half of bread. Top with some pickles and the top half of the garlic bread. Slice each portion in half, yielding 4 sandwiches. Serve with the remaining BBQ sauce on the side and get ready to impress your family and friends.

Steps:
- Heat oven to 190C/170C fan/gas 5. Sift the dry ingredients into a large bowl and make a large well in the middle. Combine the melted butter and milk, then pour into the well. Mix to a soft dough.
- Dust the work surface with flour. Add most of the cheddar, 2 tbsp of the pumpkin seeds and the chopped peppers to the dough. Gently knead to combine on the floured surface. Divide into eight lumps and shape into rough rounds two finger-widths deep.
- Put the pieces side by side on a floured baking sheet, scatter the remaining cheddar and pumpkin seeds over the top and bake for 30 mins until golden brown and the cheese is bubbling. Cool on a wire rack and eat while warm. Can be frozen at this point. To reheat, wrap the bread tightly in foil and bake at 200C/180C fan/gas 6 for about 30 mins.

Steps:
- Light the barbecue. Chop the mozzarella and taleggio into small chunks and tip into a bowl with the butter, garlic, herbs and some salt and pepper. If you want, you can mix everything together with a wooden spoon, but I prefer to use my hands.
- Using a bread knife, cut diagonal slices along the loaf about three quarters of the way into the bread - don't cut all the way through. If it looks like the bread won't fit on the barbecue, cut it in half and make two smaller ones.
- Push the garlic butter generously between each cut, allowing some to ooze onto the top - it will caramelise and taste superb. Sprinkle the paprika over. Wrap the bread up like a cracker in a double thickness of foil. You can prepare to this stage up to a day ahead.
- Put the pack straight onto the barbecue. Cook for 2 minutes then roll it over onto its side and cook for 2 minutes more. Roll it onto its other side and cook for a further 2 minutes. Have a peek - if the cheese is melting and the bread is crispy, remove it from the barbie. Pull the slices apart and eat while hot and gooey.

CHEESY BAKED OR GRILLED FRENCH BREAD
This is very easy, cheesy, full of flavor and a great make ahead bread loaf for a dinner party, BBQ or just family. I love the hint of goat cheese for a little tang or for a little kick; but you could substitute gorgonzola or blue cheese; or even parmesan or romano too. There are many possibilities, but these are my favorite. But A few minutes on the grill or in the oven and it's done.

Steps:
- Filling -- In a small bowl, mix the butter, cheeses, scallions, garlic, parsley, and salt. Mix well.
- Bread -- Cut slices approximately 1" apart across the bread. Don't cut all the way through and spread the butter filling in each one of the slices (on both sides of the bread). Wrap in heavy duty foil.
- Bake or Grill -- Wrapped in the foil, bake in the oven at 400 degrees or on the grill (not on direct heat) for 5 minutes top side down first. then flip and continue to cook another 5 minutes. Now, open up foil from the top and cook another 5 minutes to finish melting the cheese and lightly toast the top of the bread. Note, cooking in the oven can take a few more minutes and grilling times can really differ depending on your grill.
