- Spread mustard over bottom half of muffins. Place in a greased 13x9-in. baking dish. Top with crab, lemon juice and zest. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Top with muffin tops; set aside., In a large bowl, whisk eggs, cream, milk, mayonnaise, salt, cayenne and pepper. Pour over muffins; sprinkle with Swiss cheese, Parmesan cheese, onions and peppers. Cover and refrigerate overnight., Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before baking. Preheat oven to 375°. Cover and bake 30 minutes. Uncover; bake until set, 20-25 minutes longer. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. If desired, top with additional chopped green onions.

- Preheat oven to 350°. Spread rice into a greased 13x9-in. baking dish. In a large skillet, heat butter over medium-high heat. Add celery and onion; cook and stir until tender, 6-8 minutes. Stir in flour until blended; gradually whisk in cream. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly; cook and stir until thickened, 1-2 minutes., Stir in seafood seasoning, salt, pepper sauce and pepper. Fold in shrimp and crab. Spoon over rice. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake, covered, until shrimp turn pink, 40-45 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes. To Make Ahead: Can be made a day in advance. - Heat oven 400°F. Lightly grease square baking dish, 8x8x2 inches. Stir crabmeat, 1/2 cup of the mozzarella cheese, the celery, onions and bell pepper in baking dish.
- Beat remaining ingredients except the remaining 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese in blender on high speed 15 seconds, or with hand beater or wire whisk 1 minute, until blended. Pour over crabmeat mixture.
- Bake about 40 minutes or until golden brown and knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake about 2 minutes longer or until cheese is melted. Cool 15 minutes before cutting.

- In a small bowl, combine cracker crumbs and butter. Press onto the bottom of the greased 9-in. springform pan. Place pan on baking sheet. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes. Place pan on a wire rack. - Boil the potato slices for 10 mins then drain, tip into a bowl and gently mix in the milk and half the cheese. Don't worry if the potatoes break up a little.
