- Preheat the oven to 375°F. Grease an 8x8-inch baking dish. Take half of the crescent rolls (4 crescent rolls) and lay them out on the bottom of the baking dish. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, blend cream cheese until smooth. Once smooth, add powdered sugar and vanilla, and blend. Once blended, spoon onto the crescent rolls in baking dish and spread evenly. Top with can of cherry pie filling. Top with the last half (4 triangles) of the crescent rolls. Melt butter and pour on top of crescents.Top with granulated sugar and bake for 25 minutes or until browned. Serve warm with ice cream and whipped cream if desired.

- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
- Cream the cream cheese, butter or margarine, sugar, and vanilla together until smooth. Beat in eggs one at a time. Sift together 2 1/4 cup flour, baking powder, and salt; fold into cream cheese mixture. Dredge cherries in 1/4 cup flour, and fold into batter.
- Sprinkle pecans over the bottom of an ungreased 10 inch angel food tube pan. Bottom should be completely covered. Add a few more pecans if necessary. Spoon batter into pan on top of nuts.
- Bake for about 75 minutes, or until an inserted wooden pick comes out clean. Allow cake to cool in pan. Run knife around outside edge and center tube. Ease cake out of pan, and onto plate.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Place the cream cheese in a bowl in the microwave.
- Microwave it on the defrost setting for a couple of minutes to slightly soften the cream cheese (This is so that you don't kill your mixer when beating the cream cheese).
- Add sugar to cream cheese and beat it with an electric mixer until smooth.
- Add eggs and vanilla and blend until smooth.
- Pour into ready made crust.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
- Note: The cheesecake is done when the sides are puffed- The center will not be as puffed- It will be possible to jiggle the center slightly but it will not be runny.
- Let cool.
- Top with cherry pie filling and chill.

- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Spray a 9x13-inch glass baking dish with cooking spray.
- Unroll crescent rolls into the prepared dish, pinching the seams together.

- Combine flour and sugar.
- Cut in butter until crumbly.
- Reserve 3/4 cup of crumble mixture.
- With remaining crumble mixture, add baking soda, baking powder, and salt.

- IMPORTANT FIRST STEP, really take the time to do this well -- mix together the cream cheese and powdered sugar. This should take a while if you do it right. Use the back of the spoon and push the powdered sugar into the cream cheese. This is going to break down the cream cheese and make it a smooth texture. Do not continue until all powdered sugar is mix and the cream cheese is really smooth.
- Add Cool whip, and put into pie crust.
- Cover and chill for 15 minutes to 1 hour.

- Heat oven to 325ºF.
- Sprinkle graham crumbs onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan.
- Process cottage cheese in food processor until smooth. Add Neufchatel, yogurt, 2 Tbsp. sugar, flour and vanilla; process until blended. Add whole egg and egg whites, 1 at a time, pulsing after each just until blended. Pour into springform pan.
- Bake 40 to 45 min. or until center is almost set. Run knife around rim of pan to loosen cake; cool before removing rim. Refrigerate cheesecake 4 hours. Meanwhile, bring reserved cherry liquid, tapioca and remaining sugar to boil in large saucepan on medium-high heat, stirring constantly. Simmer on medium-low heat 2 min. or until thickened, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Gently stir in cherries. Cool, then refrigerate until ready to use.
- Spoon cherry sauce over cheesecake just before serving.
