- Preheat an outdoor grill for medium heat and lightly oil the grate.
- Whisk ketchup, marmalade, garlic, red pepper flakes, chili powder, and dry mustard together in a small bowl.
- Place chicken on the preheated grill and cook, flipping occasionally, for 25 minutes. Brush on glaze and cook, flipping as needed, until no longer pink at the bone and the juices run clear, about 10 minutes more. An instant-read thermometer inserted near the bone should read 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).
- Remove from the grill, brush on more glaze, and serve.

Steps:
- Melt butter in 8-inch skillet or 3-quart saucepan over medium heat. Cook chicken in butter about 15 minutes, turning once, until juice of chicken is no longer pink when center of thickest piece is cut.
- While chicken is cooking, mix cornstarch and mustard in small bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients.
- Place chicken on serving plate; cover to keep warm. Discard any juices left in the skillet.
- To make the glaze, pour orange mixture into skillet. Heat to boiling over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil about 1 minute, stirring constantly, until glaze is thickened. Pour over chicken.

- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 10x8 inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray and set aside. Rinse and dry the chicken tenders. Remove all visible fat. In a medium-sized bowl, mix the orange marmalade, mustard, soy sauce and garlic. Dip the chicken pieces in the sauce and arrange in the baking pan. Spoon the remaining mixture over the chicken and bake uncovered for 40 minutes.

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper on both sides. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Brown chicken on both sides, about 2 minutes per side. Transfer chicken thighs to an 8-inch square baking dish.

CHICKEN BREAST WITH MARMALADE AND MUSTARD GLAZE

- Heat a heavy-based frying pan. Heat 2 tbsp rapeseed oil; season the chicken on all sides with sea salt and black pepper. Place in the heated oil and cook on a medium heat for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until cooked through. Meanwhile combine the marmalade, ginger, garlic, mustard and orange juice and the remaining rapeseed oil. Then add this mixture to the chicken breasts and simmer gently for 2-3 minutes, taking care to not to let the sauce burn.

- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Rub chicken breasts lightly with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
- Combine 2 tablespoons butter with the mustard; reserve 2 teaspoons for sauce. Melt remaining 2 tablespoons butter; mix with breadcrumbs and thyme, and season with salt and pepper.
- In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Sear chicken skin side down until crispy, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Smear with mustard mixture, and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Turn skin side up; apply mustard mixture and breadcrumbs.
- Transfer skillet to oven, and roast until chicken is cooked through and top is golden brown, 15 to 20 minutes.
- Transfer chicken to serving platter. Add stock and cream to skillet over medium heat, and stir with wooden spoon until creamy and reduced to 3/4 cup, about 3 minutes. Remove from heat, and stir in reserved mustard mixture. Strain through a fine sieve, and serve with chicken. Garnish with thyme.

- Place chicken breasts in resealable food-storage plastic bag.

- Season drumsticks with salt and pepper and place in an oven-proof dish.
