Steps:

  • Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt. Meanwhile, cook and stir chicken, garlic and dressing in large skillet on medium heat 5 min. or until chicken is no longer pink. Stir in pasta sauce and spinach; cook 5 min. or until chicken is done, stirring occasionally.
  • Drain pasta. Add to sauce mixture; stir to evenly coat. Stir in 1/2 cup mozzarella. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.

Chicken, Spinach, and Cheese Pasta Bake image

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  • Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil; add penne and cook, stirring occasionally, until tender yet firm to the bite, about 11 minutes. Drain.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Saute onion in hot oil until tender, 5 to 7 minutes.
  • Mix penne pasta, onion, chicken, diced tomatoes, spinach, and cream cheese together in a baking dish until the cream cheese melts and coats everything. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the pasta mixture. Cover baking dish with aluminum foil.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. Remove foil and continue baking until heated through and beginning to brown along the edges, about 15 minutes more.

  • Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain, and set aside.

One-Pan Tomato & Spinach Chicken Pasta image

Steps:

  • Season the chicken as desired. Heat the oil in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until well browned, stirring often. Remove the chicken from the skillet.
  • Add the onion to the skillet and cook until tender-crisp, stirring occasionally. Add the wine and heat to a boil, stirring to scrape up any browned bits from the bottom of the skillet.
  • Stir in the tomatoes, Swanson® Chicken Broth, penne and water and heat to a boil. Reduce the heat to medium. Cook for 10 minutes or until the penne is tender, stirring occasionally. Return the chicken to the skillet. Cook for 2 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through. Stir in the spinach and cook for 1 minute or until the spinach is wilted.

Balsamic Chicken with Baby Spinach image

Steps:

  • Heat a large saute pan over medium-high heat. Add the olive oil and heat. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add the chicken and cook about 4 minutes per side, or until cooked through and juices run clear. Remove the chicken and set aside. To the same pan, add the spinach and cook just until wilted, about 1 to 2 minutes. Remove from the pan and set aside. Lower the heat to medium and add the balsamic vinegar and chicken broth to the pan and stir, scraping the bottom of the pan to remove any browned bits. Add the tomatoes, bring to a simmer and cook 3 to 5 minutes.
  • Place the couscous in a serving bowl. Top with the spinach, chicken and balsamic-tomato sauce.

  • Heat oil in heavy large pot over medium-high heat. Add onion, garlic, lemon peel and rosemary. Sauté until onion softens, about 7 minutes. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. Add chicken to pot and sauté until just cooked through, about 4 minutes. Add half of spinach and toss until beginning to wilt, about 2 minutes.   • In a small skillet, saute onion in oil until tender. Add garlic, cook 1 minute longer.   • Heat the canola oil in a large pot over medium heat. Stir in the onion and red pepper, and cook until the onion has softened and turned translucent, about 5 minutes.
