CHILI CHICKEN II
A spicy, marinated skillet dish. Chill out and try some chili chicken!

Steps:
- In a glass dish mix together the vinegar, soy sauce, ginger garlic paste, chili sauce and salt. Place chicken in dish, cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 hours.
- Remove chicken pieces from dish and set marinade aside. Saute chicken pieces in a small skillet in a little bit of oil. Then heat oil in a medium skillet and saute onions, bell pepper and tomato. Add the marinade and sauteed chicken pieces. Cover skillet and let all simmer for 5 to 7 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and no longer pink inside. Combine cornstarch and water and mix together to make a paste. Add paste to skillet and stir until mixture thickens.

Steps:
- In a large bowl, mix together the honey, sweet chili sauce and soy sauce. Set aside a small dish of the marinade for basting. Place chicken drumsticks into the bowl. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
- Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat.
- Lightly oil the grill grate. Arrange drumsticks on the grill. Cook for 10 minutes per side, or until juices run clear. Baste frequently with the reserved sauce during the last 5 minutes.

- In medium skillet over medium-high heat, heat oil.
- Add chicken and cook until browned, stirring often.
- ADD soup, milk, cheese, chili powder and garlic powder and heat through, stirring often.
- Serve over pasta.
- Notes: Cut raw chicken on a smooth, easy to clean surface, or on disposable plastic or paper.
- When through, be sure to wash your hands and all surfaces and utensils in contact with the raw chicken with hot water and anti-bacterial soap.

Steps:
- In a food processor, combine all ingredients. Add just enough oil so the paste mixes well, but remains thick. Check for seasoning.

Steps:
- Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
- Cut the chicken into thin strips then coat in the egg wash and flour.
- Shallow fry for a few minutes on each side, until golden brown.
- Add the peppers and fry for another couple of minutes. Remove the chicken and peppers and set aside.
- In the same pan, add the garlic, red chilli, soy sauce, tomato purée, and water. Stir and simmer the mixture reduces and is thick and syrupy.
- Add back in the chicken and peppers and stir well in the sauce.
- Serve with rice.
- Enjoy!

- In large pot on med high heat add tomato paste, stir until heated.
- Add both cans of beans.
- Add in drained hamburger.
- Stir in taco seasoning (to your taste).
- Combine and then add water.
- Let boil for about 3-5 minutes (enough to boil the water away) then serve.
- I like to have sour cream and shredded cheese in mine and sometimes I will add corn chips for crunch.

- Combine onion and celery in a pot over medium heat. Cook about 5 minutes. Add garlic and cook until vegetables are tender, about 2 minutes more. Season with salt and pepper. Add green chiles, then chili powder and 1 can cannellini beans. Cook until flavors marry, about 5 minutes.
