- Line a baking sheet with foil or waxed paper. Chop cherries and almonds if desired; place them in a mixing bowl. Add the cereal. Set aside. Melt both chocolates, salt, and the oil together just until barely melted, stirring until smooth. Stir in the vanilla. Pour mixture over the ingredients in the mixing bowl; stir well to combine. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto prepared pan. Keep stored in the refrigerator until serving time.

- Heat oven to 350°F. In ungreased 8-inch square pan, spread pie filling.
- In medium bowl, mix Bisquick mix, brown sugar and oats. Cut in butter, using pastry blender (or pulling 2 table knives through ingredients in opposite directions), until crumbly. Stir in chocolate chips. Spoon evenly over pie filling.
- Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until very bubbly around edges. Serve warm.
