Chocolate Milk Mocktail Recipes
CHOCOLATE COVERED STRAWBERRY MOCKTAIL
Steps:
- For the strawberry simple syrup: Combine the sugar and water in a small saucepan and bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Add the sliced strawberries. Using a fork, press the strawberries to release their juices. Allow the mixture to boil for 1 to 2 minutes. Steep for at least 10 minutes. Strain the mixture into a resealable jar. Cover and keep in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
- For the mocktail: Combine the milk, chocolate syrup and strawberry simple syrup in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake until thoroughly chilled. Strain into 2 martini glasses. To garnish, place a strawberry on the rim of each glass, dust with grated chocolate and sprinkle with ground cinnamon. Serve immediately.

- Combine the milk, 1/4 cup chocolate syrup, corn syrup, and crushed ice in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour some of the chocolate syrup onto a small plate and some of the chocolate sprinkles onto another small plate. Dip the rim of each glass in the chocolate syrup and then dip the rim in the chocolate sprinkles. Fill each glass to the top with the chocolate milk mixture.
CHOCOLATE MILK MOCKTAIL
Steps:
- Chill 2 martini glasses. Dampen the rim of each glass and invert into the cocoa powder to rim the glass.
- In a large martini shaker, add the chocolate sauce and milk and fill with ice. Shake the cocktail well for 30 seconds. Pour the cocktail into the glasses and garnish with shaved chocolate.
