I was served this cookie at a restaurant in Springfield, MO during a business conference. Went home and made up this recipe which has been a hit at any church gathering when I take them...better than the one I had at the conference.

CHOCOLATE-SWIRLED PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES
Our kids' most-requested cookies are peanut butter and chocolate chip, so I created this combination. The two doughs swirled together create a marbled pattern that's so pretty, the cookies don't need additional decorations! This is the best chocolate-peanut butter cookie you'll make! —Lori Kesinger, Baker, Montana

WHITE CHOCOLATE CHIP PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES
This delicious cookie has a very similar taste to white chocolate REESE'S Peanut Butter Cups. They don't last long in my house. These were inspired by my husband that loves white chocolate. I made him plane peanut butter cookies and he wondered how they would be like with white chocolate in them. NOTE: this recipe does NOT contain flour!!!

- Using a hand mixer or a stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment, cream the butter and both sugars together on medium speed until smooth, about 1-2 minutes. Add the eggs and beat on high until combined, about 1 minute. Scrape down the sides and bottom of the bowl as needed. Add the peanut butter and vanilla, then mix on high until combined.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix on low until combined. With the mixer running on low speed, add the white chocolate chips. Dough will be thick and soft.
- Chill the dough for 1 hour in the refrigerator (and up to 2-3 days). If chilling for longer than a few hours, though, allow to sit at room temperature for at least 30 minutes before rolling and baking because the dough will be quite hard and the cookies may not spread that much.
