CINNAMON ROLL-STUFFED BAKED APPLES RECIPE BY TASTY
Here's what you need: cinnamon roll, apple, butter, brown sugar, cinnamon

Steps:
- Slice off the top of each apple and hollow out using a melon baller - being careful not to cut through the sides and to leave a thicker base.
- Brush the inside of each apple with melted butter and a sprinkling of brown sugar and cinnamon.
- Place a cinnamon roll in each apple.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350˚F (180˚C) for 15 minutes uncovered and then an additional 25-30 minutes covered loosely with foil.
- Remove from over and drizzle with icing. Serve warm.
- Enjoy!
APPLE CINNAMON WRAP AND ROLL
I helped make this at my cooking class. When we made these we did not use sugar. We also used Pam cooking spray instead of oil.

Steps:
- Mix sugar and cinnamon in small bowl. Pour 1 teaspoon oil in small saucer.
- Wash and chop apples. Place in medium bowl.
- Add yogurt to apples, stirring to combine.
- Lay tortilla flat on plate. Use fingers to lightly coat top side with oil. Sprinkle with a spoonful of cinnamon sugar.
- Flip tortilla so unoiled side is up. Using 1/4 of apple mixture, fill half of tortilla, folding other half over mixture.
- Heat 2 teaspoons oil in frying pan on medium heat.
- Place folded tortilla in pan and cook about 1 minute, or until lightly browned. Flip to cook second side. (If oil starts to smoke, remove pan from burner for a minute and then continue).
- Remove from pan and cut in half.
- Repeat with remaining tortilla.

Steps:
- Peel and chop apples.
- In small skillet melt butter.
- Saute 1/2 of the apples in the butter with the sugar and the cinnamon until tender but not mushy.
- Remove from heat and add uncooked apples, mixing well.
- Place about 1/2 to 3/4 cups of mixture on one side of each wrap.
- Fold over, then fold the sides in on top, then roll up.
- Press down slightly and cut at an angle in half.
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar and garnish with fresh mint and serve with a good quality vanilla ice cream if desired.

- In a bowl, combine flour and salt; cut in shortening until crumbly. Gradually add water, tossing with a fork until a ball forms. On a lightly floured surface, roll out pastry into a 10-in. square; brush with 1 tablespoon butter. Fold into thirds. Roll into a 10-in. x 6-in. rectangle; cut lengthwise into four strips. Brush with butter.
- Combine sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle half over the strips. Place an apple wedge on each; wrap pastry around apple. Line a baking sheet with foil and coat the foil with cooking spray.
- Place wraps on prepared pan. Brush with remaining butter; sprinkle with remaining cinnamon-sugar. Bake at 400° for 28-32 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm. Yield: 2 servings.

- 1. Spoon about one heaping quarter cup of pie filling evenly down the center of each tortilla. Sprinkle with cinnamon; roll up, tucking in edges; and place seam side down in prepared dish.
- 2. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine butter, white sugar, brown sugar and water. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly; reduce heat and simmer 3 minutes.
- 3. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Pour sauce over enchiladas and let stand 45 minutes. Bake in preheated oven 20 minutes, or until golden.

- Preheat oven to 350ºF. Coat a large baking sheet with butter flavored cooking spray.
- In a medium bowl, combine apples, brown sugar, lemon juice and cinnamon; toss to coat apples.
- Place wonton wrappers on a flat surface. Drop apple mixture by teaspoonfuls onto center of each wrapper. Moisten edges of wrapper with wet fingers, fold over one corner to make a triangle and press sides together to seal.
