CINNAMON BALLS
A light and flaky cookie made with ground almonds and cinnamon and rolled in confectioner's sugar. I haven't made these yet, but thought they sounded interesting. Found on the Pogo game site.

- Bake for about 15 minutes at 350 degrees F.
- Remove from oven and use a metal spatula to separate the balls from the baking sheet before they cool too much.
- Once the cinnamon balls are completely cooled, gently roll each ball in confectioner's sugar until it is completely coated in sugar.

CINNAMON SUGAR BUTTER BALLS
This is my sister-in-law's favorite recipe for snickerdoodles. They are so buttery and the aroma will leave you positively heady! They taste just like french toast and some of us in our clan have been known to eat these for breakfast...they happen to pair naturally with coffee!! *Original recipe from Mrs. Field's Cookie Book.*

APPLE CINNAMON BALLS NO BAKE COOKIES
These were a big hit for christmas. I don't recall how many they made I'm thinking 40. These are moist little morsels of nuts flavored with apple and buttershots liqueur. These are better as they sit in an air tight container.
