SPICED CHOCOLATE CHIP BANANA COOKIE BARS
A very moist banana cookie bar. These never last long in my house. Dust with powdered sugar before cutting. I love these as a frozen treat. After cutting, package the bars in snack bags and freeze. Then just pull out a bag and munch whenever you want!

CINNAMON CHIP BANANA BARS
This is my adaptation of a recipe I found in the April 2002 issue of the now-defunct BHG Hometown Cooking magazine. They disappear almost instantly whenever I make them. I like them because the fruit isn't mashed and incorporated into the batter as it is in most banana recipes.

MAPLE-GLAZED CINNAMON CHIP BARS
Cinnamon chips and a maple glaze add fabulous flavor. When I make these, the kitchen smells like Christmas. The glaze fancies them up a bit. -Lyndi Pilch, Springfield, Missouri
