CHOCOLATE COCONUT OVERNIGHT OATS
A yummy breakfast that is healthy but doesn't leave you feeling deprived, this no-cook oatmeal will be creamy by the morning time and makes breakfast prep time non-existent. Put all ingredients in a 12-ounce mason jar and vigorously shake to make preparation a breeze!

COCONUT OVERNIGHT OATS
These creamy coconut overnight oats have a great flavor and a boost of protein from Greek yogurt and chia seeds. I topped them with cacao nibs and almonds, but feel free to use fresh fruit or any other topping. Add honey or maple syrup if you like them sweeter.

Steps:
- Combine oats, coconut milk beverage, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, and 1 tablespoon coconut flakes in an 8-ounce Mason jar. Stir until well combined, and cover with a lid. Refrigerate for 8 hours, or overnight.
- Top with ½ tablespoon coconut flakes, cacao nibs, and almonds flakes when ready to serve. Stir and enjoy.

- In a large mixing bowl, add old-fashioned rolled oats, chia seeds, protein powder, and cinnamon. Stir to distribute evenly.
- Stir in almond milk and vanilla extract. Seal the bowl with a lid, refrigerate overnight. I recommend stirring the mixture 1 hour after you pop it in the fridge. This prevents the chia seeds from sinking to the bottom of the bowl.
