Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
- In large bowl, cream the shortening, brown sugar, eggs and vanilla extract. Slowly blend in flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix until well blended. Fold in chocolate chips, walnuts and coconut. Spread the mixture evenly in pan.
- Bake 20 to 25 minutes. Let cool before cutting into bars.

- In a bowl, cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well. Combine flour, cocoa and walnuts; add to the creamed mixture. Spread into a greased 13x9-in. baking pan. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. , Combine condensed milk and coconut; carefully spread over the hot chocolate layer. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until coconut is lightly browned. , Combine icing ingredients until smooth; spread over warm bars. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before cutting.

- Heat oven to 350°F.
- Line 13x9-inch pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides. Mix graham crumbs and butter; press firmly onto bottom of prepared pan.
- Sprinkle chocolate, coconut, nuts and raisins over crust. Pour condensed milk evenly over ingredients in pan.
- Bake 25 to 30 min. or until lightly browned. Cool in pan. Use foil handles to lift dessert from pan before cutting to serve.

- In a bowl, cream butter and sugar. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Add flour and salt; mix well. Fold in walnuts. Spread half of batter into a greased 13-in. x 9-in. baking pan. Add chocolate to the remaining batter; mix well. Carefully spread over batter in pan., Bake at 350° for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely. , For frosting, in a saucepan, combine flour and milk until smooth. Bring to a boil. Cook and stir for 1-2 minutes or until bubbly and thickened. - In a large bowl of a heavy-duty mixer, sprinkle gelatin over 1/2 cup cold water; set aside. In a heavy saucepan, combine sugar and remaining water. Cook and stir over low heat until sugar is dissolved. Cook over medium heat until a candy thermometer reads 234° (soft-ball stage), stirring occasionally. Remove from the heat; slowly pour over gelatin, beating constantly. Immediately add egg whites. Use the candy thermometer to make sure mixture is at least 160°. Continue to beat 15-20 minutes longer. Beat in vanilla. Pour into a greased 9-in. square pan. Cool for 3 hours or until firm enough to cut into squares., In a shallow bowl, combine coconut and food coloring if desired. Roll marshmallow squares in coconut. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Butter a 9" square baking pan.
- Sift the flour, baking soda and salt together into a mixing bowl.
- Cream butter with sugars in another bowl until light and fluffy.
- Beat in egg and vanilla.

- In a medium bowl, combine the brown sugar, vanilla and egg substitute, beating until well blended.
- In a separate bowl sift together the flour, baking soda and salt.
- Add the dry mixture to the brown sugar mixture and stir just until incorporated and moist; don't over mix.
- Fold in walnuts; then spread into a greased 9" square pan.
- Bake in the preheated 350°F oven for 19 min; then cool in pan.
- Cut in squares to serve.
- Variation: swap out the walnuts for pecans instead.
- TIP: you may wish to chop the walnuts a little more finely if you have very young children, if choking may be an issue for them or refrain from giving them access to this treat entirely.

- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Line 13x9" baking pan with foil, leaving 3" of foil extending over short sides of pan.
- Create handles by crunching up extended foil; butter foil lining.
- Mix crushed grahams and butter or margarine.
