Cookies N Cream Kiss Cookies Recipes

Steps:

• Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat cookie sheets with cooking spray.
• In a medium mixing bowl, sift together flour, cornstarch, baking powder and salt. In a large mixing bowl, using a mixer on medium speed, beat cream cheese until softened. Beat in butter until creamy. Beat in sugar until well combined. Beat in egg, vanilla and almond extract until combined. Reduce mixer speed to low and gradually beat in flour mixture until just combined; stir in Oreos until combined.
• Chill cookie dough in the freezer or refrigerator until cold. Place rounded tablespoons of dough onto cookie sheets. Bake 12 minutes or until puffed and light golden brown around edges.
• Remove pans from oven; press a kiss in the center of each cookie. Transfer cookies to wire racks to cool.

• In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugars.
• Beat in egg and extract.
• Combine the flour, baking soda and salt; gradually add to creamed mixture.
• Cover and chill for 1 hour or until easy to handle.
• Roll dough into 1-inch balls, then roll in additional sugar.
• Place 2-inches apart on ungreased baking sheets.
• Bake at 325° for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
• Immediately press a chocolate kiss into the center or each cookie.
• Cool on wire racks.
• Combine glaze ingredients; drizzle over cookies.

Steps:

• In a large bowl, beat the butter, cream cheese and sugar.
• Blend well, then add egg yolk, almond extract and orange juice; beat mixture well.
• Stir together the flour, baking powder and salt.
• Gradually add to the butter mixture and beat until well blended.
• Stir in 3 cups of the coconut; cover mixture and chill for 1 hour, or until firm to handle.
• Unwrap the kisses while chilling and heat oven to 350°.
• Form dough into 1-inch balls; roll them in remaining coconut.
• Place them on a ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes until lightly browned.
• Remove from the oven and quickly press a kiss into each center.
• Let cool 1 minute, then transfer to wire rack to cool completely.

Steps:

• Beat butter, sugar,shortening and vanilla with electric mixer until fluffy. Add flour and beat until well blended. Cover and chill 2 hours. Heat oven to 375. Take about 1 tb of dough and wrap it around kiss. Make sure non of the kiss is exposed. Roll into a ball and place onto cookie sheet. Bake 10 to 12 minutes until they are set but not browned. Put powdered sugar in small dish, set aside. When cookies are done and you are able to handle them roll them into powdered sugar. Place each on wax paper to cool. note: you must roll them in powdered sugar while still warm and they taste best warm, but are still good at room temperature.

Steps:

• In large bowl beat butter, sugar and lemon juice until light and fluffy.
• Add flour and almonds; beat at slow speed until well mixed.
• Cover; refrigerate at least 1 hour for easier handling.
• Heat oven to 375°F.
• Shape a tablespoon full of dough around each chocolate kiss, covering it completely.
• Roll in hand to form ball.
• Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 8-12 minutes or until set and the edges are lightly, golden brown.
• After removing from oven allow to partially cool on baking sheet until firm enough to lift (about 10 minutes) then cool on racks completely.
• Lightly dust cookies with powdered sugar.
• In small pan, melt chocolate chips and shortening; stir until smooth.
• Drizzle over each cookie.

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets.
• In a large bowl, cream together butter and brown sugar. Beat in the egg until well blended then stir in the flour. Roll the dough into small balls. Roll each ball in egg white then roll in chopped nuts to coat. Place cookies onto the prepared cookie sheet and make an indention in the center with your finger.
• Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven, until the edges turn golden. While cookies are hot press a chocolate kiss into the center indention. Let cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing to wire racks to cool completely.
