  • Add Tequila, Cointreau, Simple Syrup, and Lime Juice and Ice to a pint glass. Attach the flip it clip to the pint glass. Invert the 187ml bottle into the glass, and serve with a straw. If you don't have the 187ml bottle, just float the 4 oz of KORBEL Brut, and add a straw.

1 oz Finest Call® Simple Syrup
1 oz Lime Juice

Steps:

  • Put everything in your blender (mine is a blender on steroids) and blend.
  • Pour.
  • Enjoy.
  • You can replace kumquat, calamondin and orange with lime or lemon for a different flavor. Have fun with it.

2 cups cranberries, frozen (fresh is ok, the drink will just not be as frozen)
4 kumquats, whole (or calamondin....if you have none use the flesh of 1 small orange, no seeds)
1/2 orange, juice of
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup Grand Marnier (vodka, tequila or another spirit could be used)
1 cup crushed ice

Steps:

  • Rim 2 wine glasses with sugar and salt. Fill with ice. Add an orange slice and lime slice to each glass.
  • Pour cranberry juice, tequila, triple sec, orange juice, and lime juice into a shaker. Shake well.
  • Pour mixture evenly over ice in rimmed glasses. Top with lemon-lime beverage.

Cranberry Margarita #2 image

Steps:

  • Moisten rim of margarita or martini glass with some cranberry juice.
  • Hold glass inverted and dust exterior portion with some granulated sugar so it sticks to the juice on the outside rim.
  • Add ice cubes to a cocktail shaker and top with tequila, triple sec, and cranberry juice.
  • Replace lid and shake vigorously.
  • Pour into prepared glass and serve.
  • Salud!

  • To prepare this recipe, wash the cranberries and keep them aside. Now, place onions and cranberries over a chopping board. Then, chop them finely and keep them in separate bowls.
  • Next, heat oil in a pan over medium flame. Add onions and stir until it becomes golden brown. Now add water along with cranberries and allow it to boil.
  • Reduce the heat and allow it to simmer until the cranberries have popped. Let the water evaporate to get a thick consistency.
  • Remove from the heat and allow the berries to come to the normal temperature. Now add yogurt along with red chilli powder, sugar and salt. Stir until the ingredients mix well and refrigerate the raita. You can even garnish your raita with mint leaves. Serve chilled!
