- Place softened cream cheese (not super soft!) in a serving dish.
- Cover cream cheese with salsa of choice.
- Enjoy with favorite brand or homemade tortilla chips.
- You may need to pour more salsa over cream cheese as you munch along.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Spread softened cream cheese onto bottom of an 8" or 9" pie plate. Pour the salsa onto the cream cheese to cover the cream cheese. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese onto the salsa to cover (as you would for pizza).
- Place pie plate into oven (center rack) and cook (uncovered) 10-15 minutes or until the mozzarella is melted and slightly browned.
- Using spreaders to scoop out of pie plate, serve with Tostitos Chips, Ritz Crackers, or your favorite corn chip.
