This is a chocolate and coffee-lover's favorite! Using a home espresso machine, mix espresso, chocolate, and steamed milk--then top with whipped cream.

- Pour milk into a steaming pitcher and heat to 145 degrees F to 165 degrees F (65 to 70 degrees C) using the steaming wand. Measure the chocolate syrup into a large coffee mug. Brew espresso, then add to mug. Pour the steamed milk into the mug, using a spoon to hold back the foam. Top with whipped cream.

- Beat whipping cream and sugar together in mixing bowl until stiff. Dissolve coffee granules in boiling water. Cool. Add to whipped cream and beat in. Makes enough to frost and fill one 8 or 9 inch 2 layer cake. Keep Mocha Cream refrigerated.

- 1. Place the cream, amaretto, Baileys, Kahlua and ice in the jug of a blender and blend until smooth. Pour evenly among serving glasses. Posh serving tip: Place the chocolate topping in a small plastic bag. Cut a small hole in 1 corner of the bag and drizzle the top of each drink with chocolate in a zigzag pattern. Drag a toothpick vertically through the zigzag pattern to create a slightly marbled effect, otherwise just line the glasses with it. The zigzag is easy and fun, though! See my photo.

I made this a little while back and really liked it. I'll be honest and tell you that I used 1/2 an ounce of the liqueur's. As a notorious lightweight in the alcohol department I wrote this using 1 oz of each. Make it as you like it :D
