Steps:
- Saute onion and garlic in butter until soft.
- Add in water, potatoes, carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, bullion, and seasonings and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes, or until carrots and potatoes are cooked.
- In a bowl, mix flour and 1/2 cup milk, adding milk if it is too thick, mixing well to get out all lumps.
- Add mixture into soup and simmer for 5 minutes, or until thickened.
- Serve with parmesan sprinkled on top.

- In a large Dutch oven, cook the sausage on medium heat until browned. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate.
- Add the onion and carrots to the Dutch oven and cook for 5 minutes or until they're soft. Add the garlic and cook 1 to 2 minutes or until its fragrant. Stir occasionally to keep it from burning.
- Gradually add the chicken broth. Whisk to combine. Cook until the mixture almost comes to a boil. Reduce the heat to simmer and allow it to cook for 5 to 6 minutes.

- In a large pot fill with 6 cups of water and cook pasta according to package directions.Once pasta is completely cooked, rinse with cold water and drain. Set pasta aside for later.

- Place the same pot over medium-high heat and add chicken broth, whole tomatoes - squeezing the whole tomatoes with your hand so that it breaks them up as you are pouring them in the the pan, diced tomatoes, Barilla marinara sauce, Italian seasoning and heavy cream. Bring to a slow boil, stirring constantly, reduce heat to medium and simmer for 5 minutes.
