CROCK POT ARTICHOKE DIP

This recipe can easily be doubled or tripled. It is so delicious! And quick for company. My son loves it. He was first introduced to this kind of dip at my brother's wedding reception, and just gobbled it up, so I had to come up with something like it. :)
