Crunchy Ice Cream Delight Recipes

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 375°. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add almonds; cook and stir 2-3 minutes or until toasted. Stir in Rice Chex, coconut, brown sugar and salt. Press onto bottom of an ungreased 13x9-in. baking dish. Bake 5-6 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Cool 10 minutes; place in freezer 30 minutes., Gently spread ice cream over crust. Cover and freeze overnight. Cut into bars.

Steps:

• Top large scoops of vanilla ice cream with a sprinkle of cinnamon sugar, a drizzle of honey, crushed corn flakes, chopped nut topping and a cherry on top. Serve.

• Stir together the flour, oats, brown sugar, pecans, and margarine.
• Spread in at thin layer on a lightly greased cookie sheet (approximately 14 x 16) and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
• Cool, then crumble.
• Press 1/2 of crumb mixture into a 9 x 13 pan.
• Add 1/2 of caramel topping, spreading evenly.
• Carefully spoon on the ice cream, spreading evenly.
• Layer on second half of caramel topping; then layer on the remainder of the crumb mixture.
• Freeze immediately.
• Cut into squares for serving.

• In bowl, combine first five ingredients; press lightly into a greased 13" x 9" x 2" baking pan.
• Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown, stirring every 10 minutes to form coarse crumbs.
• Cool.
• Divide crumb mixture in half; press half into same baking pan.
• In mixing bowl, beat pudding mixes and milk; fold in whippped topping.
• Spoon over crust.
• Top with remaining crumb mixture.
• Cover and refrigerate overnight.
• Garnish with strawberries, if desired.
