A scrumptious olive and cheese mixture melted on English muffins.

Olive Cheese Melts image

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  • In a medium-size mixing bowl, combine olives, green onions, Cheddar cheese, curry powder, mayonnaise, and salt. Mix well.
  • Spread mixture on English muffins. Cut the English muffins into fourths. Note: If you want to freeze these, now is the time! Arrange the muffin pieces on a cookie sheet.
  • Bake at 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) for 10 minutes.

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400.
  • In a small bowl, combine cheese, mayonnaise, scallions, onions and curry. Mix until well blended.
  • Arrange bread slices on a baking sheet and top each with a generous tablespoon of olive mixture.
  • Bake until topping is puffed and golden, about 10 minutes. Serve warm.

Basil Feta Olive Toast image

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Mix together the crumbled feta cheese and chopped kalamata olives. Set aside.
  • Place bread slices on a baking sheet. Brush virgin olive oil on top of each slice of bread. Cover each slice of bread with whole basil leaves flattened. Cover basil leaves with feta cheese and olive mixture.
  • Bake for about 15 minutes or until toasted to your liking.
