DREWS GARLIC PARMESAN CRAZY SPREAD

This is the Little Caesars spread they use on their crazy bread. The recipe is on top secret recipes, but I've been making it for Drew for years. I put parmesan cheese in the butter mix and then also add on top at the end, but you can do it either way.

Steps:

  • Melt butter, then add garlic salt and stir until it dissolves (add desired amount of cheese now if you wish).
  • Brush with pastry brush on your bread stick or roll of choice, then sprinkle cheese on top.
  • Enjoy.

2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon garlic salt (or more for your own taste)
grated parmesan cheese (Kraft works good)

Garlic Parmesan Spread image

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients, stirring well to mix.
  • Spread on your favorite bread.
  • Broil in preheated oven on the middle oven rack for about 5 minutes (watch closely) or until golden brown and bubbly.

1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine, softened
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried parsley (on occasion I have also used dried Italian seasoning)
any type rolls or bun

ROASTED GARLIC AND PARMESAN SPREAD

This is an awesome and simple bread spread to use in place of butter or garlic butter. Use light mayonnaise if you want fewer calories. The prep time is almost nothing if you have roasted garlic in the fridge from a previous meal. Spread thinly on bread before toasting in the oven or serve in a bowl for guests to apply to their own bread.

Roasted Garlic and Parmesan Spread image

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Line a small baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  • Place garlic cloves on prepared baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Fold aluminum foil tightly around garlic.
  • Roast garlic in the preheated oven until soft and fragrant, 30 to 45 minutes. Remove garlic from aluminum foil and transfer to a bowl.
  • Mash garlic, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, black pepper, and salt together with a fork until spread has a uniform, paste-like consistency.
