Steps:
- Heat oven to 350°F. Lightly spray 15x10x1-inch pan with cooking spray.
- In large bowl, stir together Bisquick mix, baking powder and salt. Add remaining ingredients, stirring just until dry ingredients are moistened. Spoon into pan.
- Bake 30 minutes or until golden brown and set. Cool in pan on cooling rack 10 minutes. Cut into 10 rows by 6 rows; serve warm.

SPINACH AND FETA PUFF PASTRY BITES

- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
- Thaw frozen spinach in microwave according to package directions or by running under warm water. Drain spinach, squeezing the excess liquid from it. In a bowl, mix the spinach, feta, garlic, pepper, and nutmeg together.
- Flour a clean, dry countertop or other flat working surface. Lay out the puff pasty on the floured surface. Flour the top of the dough. Roll out the puff pastry until it is half as thick (about 1/8-inch) and about 24 by 12 inches. Trim edges to size if necessary. Cut into 3-inch strips crosswise and lengthwise, making 32 (3-inch) squares. Make sure the squares are well floured then stack them in a little pile.
- Fill a little dish with some room temperature water. Imagine each square you work with is separated in half by a diagonal. Place a couple teaspoons of filling in the top half. Dip a finger into the water and moisten the edges of the top half with water. Fold the bottom half to meet the edges of the top half. Use a fork to seal the edges.
- Place finished pockets on a nonstick baking sheet and bake about 15 minutes until golden brown and puffy. Serve warm.
GREEK SPINACH & CHEESE QUICHE SQUARES

- Heat oven to 350ºF.
- Bake butter in 9-inch square baking dish in 2 min. or until melted. Remove dish from oven; brush butter onto bottom and sides of dish.
- Beat eggs with mixer in large bowl. Add flour, milk and baking powder; mix until blended. Stir in spinach, cheeses and onion. Spoon into prepared dish.
- Bake 35 min. Let stand 15 min. before cutting into squares to serve.

Steps:
- In mixing bowl, cream butter, cheese spread and egg until smooth.
- Stir in chilies, salsa and cheddar cheese.
- Spread about 1 tbsp of cheese mixture on each slice of 1 loaf of bread.
- Top with remaining bread, spread with more cheese mixture.
- Cut each sandwich into 4 squares, place on a greased baking sheet.
- At this point, you can either bake them fresh or freeze and bake later.
- Bake at 350°F for 10-15 minutes.
- To freeze, place in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Freeze for 1 hour.
- Remove from the baking sheet and store in an airtight container in freezer.
- To bake frozen, place squares on a greased baking sheet.
- Bake at 350°F for 15-20 minutes or until browned and bubbly.

- Place butter or margarine in a 9x13 inch baking dish and melt butter in oven. Remove when melted, approximately 3 minutes.
