FIESTA RANCH BURGERS

- In a large bowl, combine the first eight ingredients. Crumble turkey over mixture and mix well. Shape into five burgers., Broil 4 in. from the heat for 7-9 minutes on each side or until a thermometer reads 165° and juices run clear. , In a small bowl, combine the salad dressing and cilantro. Serve burgers with dressing on lettuce-lined buns.

Steps:
- Mix the first 4 ingredients in a bowl cover and chill.
- Combine the ground meat and the next 5 ingredients in a bowl, divide mixture into equal patties and chill for an hour.
- Grill for 4 minutes on each side or until done.
- Place a lettuce leaf on bottom half of each bun, top each with a patty then the cheese. Top evenly with tomato mixture and cover with bun top.

Steps:
- Burgers.
- Empty the ground beef into a bowl. Add taco meat and mix together (not too much or the meat will get tough). Separate into 4-6 burgers.
- Grill burgers until almost done.
- Wrap burgers in the tortillas and put back onto the grill until tortillas are golden brown.
- Serve with guacamole, salsa, and sour cream.
- Guacamole.
- Mash avocado to desired consistency.
- Add all other ingredients and mix together.
