- Prepare stuffing mix according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large resealable plastic bag, combine the flour, salt and mustard. Add chicken, a few pieces at a time, and shake to coat. , In a large skillet, cook chicken in oil for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown. , In a large bowl, combine the soup, onion, milk and bacon; stir in green beans. Pour over chicken; top with stuffing. Cover and cook for 7 minutes. , Sprinkle with cheese; cook 3-4 minutes longer or until heated through and cheese is melted.

- In a large bowl, combine the soups, tomatoes, picante sauce, green pepper, onion and chili powder. In a greased 13x9-in. baking dish, layer half of the tortilla strips, chicken, soup mixture and cheese. Repeat layers. , Cover and bake at 350° until bubbly, 40-50 minutes. Freeze option: Cover and freeze unbaked casserole. To use, partially thaw in refrigerator overnight. Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before baking. Preheat oven to 350°. Bake casserole as directed, increasing time as necessary to heat through and for a thermometer inserted in center to read 165°.

- Heat oven to 400°F. Spray 3 (8- or 9-inch) square pans with cooking spray. In large bowl, stir together Bisquick mix, water and eggs. Spread evenly in pans. Sprinkle 1/2 cup of the cheese over batter in each pan.
- In 12-inch skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Cook chicken in oil, stirring frequently, until outsides turn white; drain. Stir in salsa; heat until hot. Spoon evenly over batter in pans to within 1/2-inch of edges.
- Bake 22 to 25 minutes or until edges are dark golden brown. Sprinkle 1/2 cup of the remaining cheese over each pan. Bake 1 to 3 minutes or until cheese is melted. Loosen from sides of pan; cut into squares.

- Season chicken with 3/4 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoons pepper. Heat olive oil over medium-high heat in a large skillet with a tight-fitting lid. Add chicken in batches, in a single layer, and saute until brown about 7 minutes. Remove to a plate, cover loosely with foil and set aside.
