BAKED FISH WITH SHRIMP
Easy and delicious way to impress your family and guests with a recipe that's almost too simple! The fillets are covered with cooked shrimp and a simple white sauce. Grated Parmesan cheese is sprinkled over the top of this baked dish. Grouper, snapper, and catfish are all good choices for this recipe.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
- In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium low heat. Whisk in flour and salt to make a paste. Gradually whisk in milk. Stirring constantly, cook until sauce is thick enough to coat the back of a spoon.
- Select a pan large enough to accommodate all the fillets in one layer. Coat with cooking spray. Arrange fish in pan, and cover with shrimp.. Pour white sauce over shrimp. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
- Bake, uncovered, for 20 to 25 minutes.

LOBSTER DUMPLING IN SEAFOOD CONSOMME
Steps:
- In a food processor, puree the shrimp, lobster, mascarpone cheese, egg, ginger, water chestnuts, and cilantro. Transfer to a bowl and season with salt and pepper. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for one hour. Consomme: Place the broth, water and dashi in a pot bring to a boil. Lower the heat and simmer for a few minutes. Dumplings: Lay out the wrappers on a work surface and place a heaping teaspoon of the filling in the center of each. Wet the edges of each wrapper with a little bit of water, gather the edges together, and twist to close. Place the dumplings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate until ready to use. Bring a large saucepan of water to a boil and cook the dumplings for about 5 minutes, or until they float to the surface. Remove with a slotted spoon and serve with the consomme. Garnish with bell peppers and cilantro.
EDAMAME
Steps:
- Steam soybeans for 20 minutes until slightly soft. Chill. Serve lightly salted.
GLAZED TURNIPS AND EDAMAME
Steps:
- Simmer 1 bunch peeled and quartered baby turnips with 2 tablespoons butter, a pinch each of sugar and salt, and 1/3 cup water, covered, 5 minutes. Add 1 pound shelled edamame, 1 tablespoon butter and the white parts of 3 sliced scallions; cover and cook 2 minutes, then uncover and cook until the water evaporates. Add the scallion greens and let wilt.
