FISH FILLET WITH HONEY LEMON SAUCE
The combination of honey and lemon makes this fish taste deliciously different. This is best if grilled over charcoal but if you are not quite fond of charcoal grilling like me then you can grill it on pan with almost the same taste.

- Heat the mixture in a skillet for 1 minute. Stir in the green onions. Turn off the heat.
- Pour the mixture over the grilled fishes and serve.

SWEET DIJON BASA SWAI FISH (OR A FISH OF YOUR CHOICE)
Did you know that Basa can be as little as $3.99 a pound at most grocery stores? Yup and this hidden treasure is the most delicious, tender, fish I have ever had. It goes well with all fish recipes and is a great substitute for expensive fish. This recipe was so good my family wanted it again the very next day! Its sweet and tangy and just down right delicious.

- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat two tablespoons coconut oil. Add salmon skin-side down and season with salt and pepper. Cook salmon until golden brown, skin is crispy and it releases easily with spatula, about 5-7 minutes, depending on the thickness.
- Add the honey lemon sauce to the pan. Then flip the salmon over carefully and baste the salmon with the sauce. Continue cooking until salmon is just barely pink in the center and easily lifts from the pan, about 2 more minutes.
