Fluffy Jello Dessert Recipes

Steps:

• In large mixing bowl, add jello powder to cottage cheese and mix well, scraping bottom and sides of bowl, until THOROUGHLY blended.
• Gently stir in sliced strawberries.
• Fold in thawed Cool Whip to blend, and transfer to serving dish.
• Top with chopped pecans, cover, and refrigerate at least 3 hours (preferably overnight).

Steps:

• Mix cottage cheese and dry jello mix until cottage cheese is thoroughly colored by jello.
• Add pineapple and mix well.
• Fold in cool whip.
• Refrigerate 4-6 hours.

Steps:

• Combine jello and boiling water in container of electric blender.
• Blend for one minute.
• Add ice cream and ice cubes one at a time.
• Blend 2 minutes.
• Pour into serving dishes.
• Refrigerate until ready to serve.
• Top with whipped cream and a strawberry for garnish.

Steps:

• Mix crust ingredients and press onto bottom and slightly up the sides of a buttered 9 x 13 x 2 inch pan.
• Mix Jello, water, and sugar together. Chill until thick but not stiff. Whip the evaporated milk to the consistency of whipped cream. Fold into the Jello mixture. Pour into the graham crust and chill until firm. Garnish with extra graham crumbs.

Steps:

• Mix Graham cracker crumbs, 1 tablespoon sugar, and melted butter or margarine.
• Press Graham cracker crumb mixture into the bottom of a 9"x13" pan. (You do not need to grease the pan.).
• Mix lemon Jello with 2 cups boiling water until Jello is dissolved.
• Add cream cheese to Jello mixture, breaking cheese up with a potato masher or the beaters of an electric mixer.
• In a chilled bowl (glass or metal work best) whip with electric mixer chilled evaporated milk with 1 tablespoon sugar until small peaks form. (Getting peaks to form is much easier if the bowl and milk are cold.).
• Add Jello mixture to evaporated milk and continue to beat until well blended.
• Pour over Graham cracker crust.
• Chill until firm.
