- Combine 1 1/2 ounces each white rum and orange juice, 3/4 ounce cognac and 1/2 ounce each gin, lemon juice and orgeat (almond syrup) in a shaker with ice; shake well. Strain into a tall glass filled with ice. Float 1/2 ounce dry sherry on top. Garnish with an orange slice.
