- Mix all ingredients except ice.
- Fill blender container 1/2 full of mixture.
- Add crushed ice to fill to the top.
- Cover and blend on high speed until of a uniform consistency.
- Repeat with remaining mixture.
- Serve immediately; garnish with fruit, if desired.

- Put juice, banana, strawberries and vanilla extract in the blender. Blend for 20 to 30 seconds on puree settings until smooth. Add yogurt and ice. Blend about 30 seconds or until the yogurt is well blended and ice is slightly crunchy. Serve in tall glasses and garnish with a big red strawberry.

- Place the ice, coffee, sugar, and syrup in a blender. Blend until the frappe is smooth. Pour into a large, tall glass. Garnish with a dollop of whipped cream or a scoop of your favorite ice cream.
- Place coffee into a 12 cup coffee press. Add water. Allow to brew 4 minutes, plunge, then pour into an ice-filled pitcher. To prevent breakage, pour slowly and use a heat-resistant pitcher. Serve over ice, adding cream and sugar to taste.

- Combine raspberries, banana, peaches, pineapple juice & sugar.
- Divide among four 8-ounce glasses, then chill.
- When ready to serve, add a small scoop of vanilla ice cream to each glass, & 'muddle' gently[!].
- Then, tipping the glass, SLOWLY pour lemon-lime carbonated beverage down the inner side, but leaving enough room to add a second small scoop of ice cream.
- Sit back & enjoy!
