FROZEN TIRAMISU CAKE

Steps:
- Line a loaf pan that the pound cake fits in with overhanging plastic wrap.
- Cut the pound cake horizontally into 4 slices. Stir the ground espresso together with the grated chocolate in a small bowl.
- Place the first slice of cake in the prepared loaf pan. Drizzle the cake with 2 1/2 tablespoons liqueur. Spread half of the coffee ice cream over the cake and top with 2 tablespoons of the chocolate and espresso mixture.
- Repeat the process above, this time using the chocolate ice cream. Then again, using the remaining coffee ice cream. Repeat one final time, using the vanilla ice cream and garnishing the top with the remaining chocolate and espresso mixture.
- Loosely cover the cake with the overhanging wrap. Place the cake in the freezer until hardened, about 4 hours.
- Remove from the freezer and unfold the plastic wrap from the top. Remove the cake form the pan and peel off the remaining plastic wrap. Slice and serve.

- Beat cream cheese and sugar in large bowl with mixer until well blended. Gradually beat in whipping cream; continue beating 3 to 4 min. or until thickened.
- Dip half the ladyfingers, 1 at a time, into 3/4 cup coffee in shallow dish; place in single layer on bottom of 8-inch square pan. Top with half the cream cheese mixture. Repeat with remaining ladyfingers, coffee and cream cheese mixture.
- Refrigerate several hours or until chilled. Sprinkle with cocoa powder just before serving.

- Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 13x9-inch pan with cooking spray. In medium bowl, mix Bisquick mix, sugar, 1/3 cup cocoa, 1 tablespoon coffee and the butter until crumbly. Crumble mixture lightly into pan. Bake 6 minutes; cool.
- In medium bowl, beat cream cheese with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth. Gradually beat in milk. Place about 2 cups of the cream cheese mixture in separate bowl. Add juice concentrate to cream cheese mixture in one bowl. Dissolve 1 teaspoon coffee in hot water; stir coffee mixture and chocolate syrup into cream cheese mixture in other bowl.
- In chilled medium bowl, beat whipping cream on high speed until stiff. Fold half of the whipped cream into each cream cheese mixture. Cover and refrigerate chocolate mixture. Spoon orange mixture over crust.
- Freeze crust with orange mixture about 1 hour or until firm. Spread chocolate mixture evenly over orange mixture. Freeze about 4 hours or until firm. Let stand 10 minutes at room temperature before serving. For squares, cut into 5 rows by 3 rows. Sprinkle each serving with cocoa. Store covered in freezer.

- Whisk mascarpone cheese, sugar, and amaretto liqueur together in a bowl until smooth.
- Beat cream in a glass or metal bowl until soft peaks form. Lift your beater or whisk straight up: whipped cream will form soft mounds rather than a sharp peak. Fold whipped cream into mascarpone mixture.
- Pour espresso into a bowl. Dip ladyfingers into espresso and arrange 12 dipped ladyfingers in an 8-inch square pan. Spread 1/2 the mascarpone mixture over ladyfingers. Grate 1 chocolate square over mascarpone layer. Repeat a second layer with remaining dipped ladyfingers, mascarpone mixture, and chocolate, respectively. Refrigerate tiramisu until set, at least 2 hours.

Steps:
- Line bottom and sides of a 9" springform pan with the ladyfingers. Brush with the coffee liqueur. Freeze at least 20 minutes.
- In a small bowl, combine the melted chocolate with sweetened condensed milk; chill 10 minutes. Scoop 1/2 of the ice cream into the prepared pan, pressing down to level the layer. Evenly top with the chocolate mixture. Finish by scooping the last 1/2 of the ice cream over the top, pressing down to level the layer. Cover and freeze 5 hours or overnight.
- To serve, remove ring from pan and arrange cake on serving platter. Beat the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla; fold in the whipped topping. Evenly spread over the ice cream layer, then sprinkle with cocoa powder.

- In a medium saucepan, whisk together egg yolks and sugar until well blended. Whisk in milk and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture boils. Boil gently for 1 minute, remove from heat and allow to cool slightly. Cover tightly and chill in refrigerator 1 hour.
- In a medium bowl, beat cream with vanilla until stiff peaks form.
- Whisk mascarpone into yolk mixture until smooth.
- In a small bowl, combine coffee and rum. Split ladyfingers in half lengthwise and drizzle with coffee mixture.
- Arrange half of soaked ladyfingers in bottom of a 7x11 inch dish. Spread half of mascarpone mixture over ladyfingers, then half of whipped cream over that. Repeat layers and sprinkle with cocoa. Cover and refrigerate 4 to 6 hours, until set.

- Whisk together yolks and mascarpone in a large bowl until smooth. Add granulated sugar; whisk until dissolved. Set aside.
- Place biscotti in the bowl of a food processor; pulse to form coarse crumbs. Fold biscotti into mascarpone mixture; set aside.
- In the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with the whisk attachment, add egg whites; beat until soft peaks form. Fold egg whites into mascarpone mixture; set aside.
- Combine espresso and liqueur in a medium bowl; pour half the mixture into a pie plate. Quickly dip half the ladyfingers individually into the pie plate, and place in the bottom of a 13-by-9-inch glass baking dish; fit snugly to line. Evenly spread half the mascarpone mixture over ladyfingers; repeat layers.
- In a large bowl, whisk together heavy cream, confectioners' sugar, and vanilla until soft peaks form. Spread whipped cream evenly over tiramisu; garnish with grated chocolate. Chill at least 2 hours and preferably overnight before serving.
