- Heat oven 350°F.
- Combine flour, baking powder and baking soda. Microwave chocolate and butter in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min. or until butter is melted; stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended. Add sugars; mix well. Blend in eggs, sour cream and vanilla. Add flour mixture; mix well. Stir in nuts.
- Spread into 9x5-inch loaf pan sprayed with cooking spray.
- Bake 1 hour to 1 hour 10 min. or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool bread in pan 10 min. Remove from pan to wire rack; cool completely.

- Grease one 8x8 inch pie pan and set aside.
- In a heavy saucepan over medium heat, combine the powdered sugar, milk and butter. Mix well and stir constantly until candy thermometer reads 238 degrees F (112 degrees C).
- Remove from heat and add chocolate chips, marshmallow creme, vanilla and cocoa. Quickly stir together and pour into prepared pan. Cool and serve. Refrigerate in an airtight container.

- Grease bottom and sides of 8-inch square pan with butter.
- In 3-quart saucepan, cook sugar, milk, corn syrup, salt and chocolate over medium heat, stirring constantly, until chocolate is melted and sugar is dissolved. Cook, stirring occasionally, to 234°F on candy thermometer or until small amount of mixture dropped into cup of very cold water forms a soft ball that flattens when removed from water; remove from heat. Stir in butter.
- Cool mixture without stirring to 120°F, about 1 hour. (Bottom of saucepan will be lukewarm.) Add vanilla. Beat vigorously and continuously 5 to 10 minutes, using wooden spoon, until mixture is thick and no longer glossy. (Mixture will hold its shape when dropped from a spoon.)
- Quickly stir in nuts. Spread in pan. Let stand about 1 hour or until firm. Cut into 1-inch squares.

- Line a 15x10x1-in. pan with foil; grease foil with 1 teaspoon butter. Place chocolate chips, remaining butter and marshmallow creme in bowl of a stand mixer., In a large heavy saucepan, combine sugar and milk. Bring to a rapid boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Cook and stir 8 minutes. Slowly add sugar mixture to chocolate mixture, beating on medium speed until fudge begins to hold its shape, 3-5 minutes. Beat in vanilla. If desired, stir in walnuts. Spread into prepared pan. Refrigerate, covered, until firm, 1-2 hours., Using foil, lift fudge out of pan. Remove foil; cut fudge into 1-in. squares. - Heat the oven to 200C/180C fan/gas 6. Butter a 20cm square tin and line with baking parchment. Melt the butter and chocolate in a large heatproof bowl in 30-second bursts in the microwave until the mixture is smooth and glossy. Alternatively, set the bowl over a pan of simmering water, ensuring the base doesn't touch the water, and stir until smooth. Leave to cool slightly.
- Whisk the sugar and eggs together in a bowl using an electric whisk until the mixture has doubled in volume and a ribbon holds for 3 seconds when you lift out the beaters. Scrape the cooled chocolate mixture into the egg mixture, and fold gently until well-combined.
- Sift in the cocoa powder, flour and a pinch of salt. Mix to combine, then fold in most of the milk chocolate, pretzels and nuts, reserving some for the top. Scrape the batter into the prepared tin and scatter with the reserved chocolate, pretzels and nuts. Bake on the middle shelf of the oven for 25 mins until just set with a shiny top and gentle wobble in the middle. Leave to cool completely in the tin, then slice and serve.
