Steps:
- Zest and juice the lemons.
- Add lemon zest to sugar and 250 ml water cook 5 minutes.
- Strain add juice of lemons and rest of water; put in freezer for 1 hour.
- Stir; add to glass with ice.

Okay, so I threw a small tapas party trying to test some Spanish recipes for ZWT III, and this was the dessert I found. Yummmmmmmy!

Steps:
- Wash and grate the rind of 1 of the lemons.
- Place the grated lemon grind, water and sugar in a pan and heat slowly for about 10 mins remove from the heat and set a side to cool.
- Squeeze the 6 lemons and sieve the juice into a separate container.
- Sieve the cooled water, sugar and lemon rind and mix with the lemon juice and place in a container for freezing and place in the freezer.
- Remove from the freezer and stir - repeat this process every hour for about 4 hours, until frozen, but not frozen solid.

- Rallamos los limones, pero solo lo amarillo porque lo blando amarga. Después los exprimimos y mezclamos el zumo y la ralladura con el azúcar.
- Ponemos a hervir la mezcla durante unos 7 minutos a fuego medio-fuerte hasta que se haya reducido casi a la mitad. Y la mezclamos con el agua fría en un tupper.
- Ponemos en el congelador y a la hora lo sacamos y removemos bien. Volvemos a congelar y a la hora repetimos removiendo bien, de nuevo a la hora volvemos a hacer lo mismo y ya tendremos el granizado preparado.
