GRILLED GREEK PORK KABOBS
Go Mediterranean in a flash. These grilled Greek pork kabobs require simply 5 ingredients and 15 minutes prep time.

Steps:
- Heat coals or gas grill for direct heat. Mix dressing and parsley in large bowl; stir in pork, onion and bell pepper. Thread pork, onion and bell pepper alternately on each of four 15-inch metal skewers, leaving 1/4-inch space between each piece. Reserve remaining dressing in bowl.
- Cover and grill kabobs 4 to 6 inches from medium heat 10 to 15 minutes, turning kabobs 2 or 3 times and brushing with dressing during last 5 minutes of grilling, until pork is no longer pink in center. Discard any remaining dressing.

- In a small bowl, whisk the first 10 ingredients until blended. Pour 1/2 cup marinade into a shallow dish; stir in ouzo. Add pork; turn to coat. Refrigerate 8 hours or overnight. Cover and refrigerate remaining marinade., Drain pork, discarding marinade in dish. On 12 metal or soaked wooden skewers, alternately thread pork and vegetables. Grill kabobs, uncovered, over medium heat or broil 4 in. from heat until until pork is tender and vegetables are crisp-tender 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally and basting frequently with reserved marinade during the last 5 minutes. If desired, top with additional fresh thyme and rosemary and serve with tzatziki.

- In a resealable plastic bag or shallow glass container, combine the first 8 ingredients; add pork and toss to coat. - GRILL DIRECTIONS: Heat grill. Sprinkle both sides of each pork chop with seasoned salt; cut each chop into 4 pieces. Alternately thread pork pieces, zucchini, mushrooms and bell pepper evenly onto four 12 to 14-inch metal skewers. In small bowl, combine preserves and vinegar; blend well.
- When ready to grill, place kabobs on gas grill over medium heat or on charcoal grill 4 to 6 inches from medium coals. Brush with preserves mixture. Cook 5 minutes. Turn kabobs; brush with remaining preserves mixture. Cook an additional 5 to 7 minutes or until pork is no longer pink. If desired, serve over hot cooked rice.

- Combine pork, soy sauce, rice vinegar, brown sugar, sesame oil, lime juice, Sriracha, ginger, and garlic in a large resealable bag. Seal and shake up to combine well. Refrigerate for 1 hour, turning occasionally.
- While the pork is marinating, soak skewers in water for about 20 minutes prior to using them. That will help the skewers to not burn up when exposed to the flame.
- Preheat an outdoor grill or indoor grill pan to medium-high heat and lightly grease the grates with a small amount of vegetable oil.
- Thread the skewers with marinated pork, pineapple, and red pepper, alternating back and forth; discard the marinade.
- Cook skewers on the preheated grill until they obtain grill marks and the pork is no longer pink, about 2 minutes per side. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
