- Cook broccoli according to package directions; drain. In a bowl, combine the soup, bread crumbs, cheese, onion, pimientos and seasonings. Add broccoli; mix well. - In a small saucepan, melt butter; stir in flour. Stir in the mustard, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, onion and salt. Combine the pineapple juice, milk and egg yolk. Gradually stir into butter mixture. Bring to a gentle boil; cook until thickened. Remove from the heat and set aside. , Top each piece of ham with a cheese slice and two to three broccoli spears. Spoon 1 tablespoon sauce over broccoli. Roll-up, securing with toothpicks if necessary. Place, seam side down, in a greased shallow baking dish. Top with remaining sauce. , Cover and bake at 350° for 15-20 minutes or until heated through. Discard toothpicks.

THis recipe came from the Junior League of Cobb-Marietta, Georgia. The name of the cookbook is "Georgia on My Menu". I got it out of our Georgia Magazine, September 2004. DH does not like horseradish so I decreased the amout to 1 teaspoon. (he never knew it was used...hehehe)

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Place one slice of cheese on top of each slice of ham; top with 1 to 2 spears of broccoli and set aside.
- In medium saucepan, melt butter, blend in flour, salt horseradish, mustard, Worcestershire and onion.
- Combine egg youlks and pineapple juice; gently stir into butter mixture.
- Stir in milk and cook over low heat, stirring constantly until thick and bubbling.
- Spoon 1 tablespoon sauce over broccoli; roll ham and cheese around broccoli and secure with wooden toothpick.
- Place roll-ups in baking dish; cover and cook at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
- Spoon remaining hot mustard sauce over ham rolls just before serving.

- Mix soup, sour cream, milk and first amount of cheese in a bowl.
- Pour about 1/3 of this mixture in a 9x9 ungreased pan.
- Beat together egg and milk.
- Add broccoli, parmesan cheese., onion powder and mix.
- Lay cooked lasagna noodles on work surface.
- Place 2 slices of ham on each.
- Divide broccoli mixture evenly between the noodles and spread out.
- Roll each one up and cut them each in half crosswise.
- Place cut side down in baking dish and spoon the remaining sauce over all.
- Sprinkle other amount of cheese over along with the French Fried onions.
- Bake in 350°F oven for 1 hour. Uncover and bake an additional 5 minutes.

- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
- Finely chop the broccoli florets, and then transfer to a large bowl.
- Add the cheddar, cream cheese, ham, onion powder, and mix evenly until combined. Set aside.
- In a bowl, mix together the salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, and paprika, then stir to combine.
- Place the chicken breasts on a cutting board and slice across horizontally, making sure not to cut all the way through.
- Season both sides of the chicken liberally with the spice mix.
- Place each chicken breast on a double layer of plastic wrap, then cover with more plastic wrap.
- Use a meat pounder to thinly pound the chicken breast and form into a rectangular shape.
- Repeat with the remaining chicken breasts.
- Lay down two of the flattened chicken breasts into a greased loaf pan lined with parchment paper, slightly overlapping them.
- Place the ham slices evenly across the bottom and sides, hanging the ham over the sides of the loaf pan.

My kids came up with the name for this recipe 30 years ago. It's my favorite way to use ham. The roll-ups are made like cinnamon buns, only they use baking powder biscuit dough.

- In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt. Cut in the shortening until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Add milk all at once and stir just until moistened. , Turn onto well-floured surface and knead gently 8-10 times. Roll into a 12x11-in. rectangle. - Cut about ¾ of the way through the chicken horizontally, making sure not to cut through the other side. Flip the chicken open and flat.
- Lay a sheet of plastic wrap on top of the chicken and pound it flatter using a pot or a pan. Remove the plastic wrap.
