Very Rich, very Delicious. I found this recipe in Bon Appetit many years ago. I make these only on special occasions.

Honey Bear Bakery White Chocolate Brownies image

Steps:

  • Melt butter in small saucepan over low heat.
  • Remove from heat and add 4 oz of white chocolate.
  • DO NOT STIR!
  • In a large bowl, beat eggs until frothy.
  • Add sugar, vanilla, flour, salt and mix well.
  • Add butter/white chocolate mixture.
  • Mix until just combined.
  • Add remaining white chocolate chips and semi sweet chips.
  • Pour into greased 8 x 8 pan.
  • Bake 350°F for 30 minutes.

Steps:

  • Place dates in a bowl and cover with hot water until fully submerged. Let dates soak until softened, about 10 minutes. Transfer to a colander to drain.
  • Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
  • Combine almonds, pecans, cocoa powder, and chia seeds in the bowl of a food processor; pulse until blended. Add dates and salt and process until smooth. Transfer to the prepared baking pan.
  • Mix together coconut oil, cocoa powder, and honey for the icing. Spread on top of brownies.

Best Gooey Brownie Recipe EVER image

Steps:

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit or 175 degrees Celsius.
  • Melt the butter and lightly grease a pan of your liking (I used an 8x8 because I like a thicker brownie).
  • In a large bowl; combine the flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking soda.
  • In another large bowl; combine the sugar, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
  • Once combined beat in the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each until thoroughly blended.
  • Gradually add in the flour mixture to the egg/sugar mixture.
  • Toss the chocolate chips in a little flour. (The flour will keep them from sinking to the bottom of the pan.).
  • Mix the chocolate chips into the batter.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes. (The brownies are done if you stick a toothpick in the middle and it comes out clean.
  • (ALSO, THE BATTER IS GOING TO RISE. PLEASE, DO NOT BE ALARMED! ONCE IT SINKS, WHICH TAKES ALL OF 10 MINUTES, I CAN ASSURE YOU THEY MIGHT BE THE BEST BROWNIES YOU'VE EVER TASTED.).

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).Grease and flour a 9x9 inch pan.
  • In a medium bowl, cream together the butter, corn syrup and sugar. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla. Combine the flour, cocoa and salt, gradually stir into the creamed mixture. Spread evenly into the prepared pan.

  • Mix ingredients in order listed.
  • Pour into greased 8 inch pan.
  • Bake at 350 F for 30 to 40 minutes or until brownies begin to pull away from the edge of the pan (keep an eye on them the last few minutes).
  • Cool in pan.
  • Cut into squares.
  • No frosting necessary.
  • These are amazingly sweet and delicious on their own.

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Line 13x9-inch pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides; spray with cooking spray. Microwave butter and 6 oz. chocolate in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min. or until butter is melted. Stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended. Add sugar and 1/2 cup honey; mix well. Blend in eggs. Add flour; stir until blended. Pour into prepared pan.
  • Bake 25 min. or until toothpick inserted in center comes out with fudgy crumbs. (Do not overbake.) Cool completely.
  • Microwave remaining chocolate and honey in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 min. Stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended. Drizzle over brownie.
  • Refrigerate 5 min. or until chocolate is firm. Use foil handles to remove brownie from pan before cutting into bars.

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit or 180 degrees Celsius.
  • Mix oil and sugar until well blended.
  • Add eggs and vanilla; stir just until blended.
  • Mix all dry ingredients in a separate bowl.
  • Stir dry ingredients into the oil/sugar mixture.
  • Pour into greased 9 x 9 square pan.
  • Bake for 20 minutes or until sides just starts to pull away from the pan.
  • Cool completely before cutting.
  • Note: I usually double the recipe and bake in a 9 x 13 pan. If you double the recipe, you will need to cook longer than 20 minutes.
